Photo Reuse Policy

We want you to reuse, repost and share these photos by any means with a few things to keep in mind.

  • Please leave the “http://www.atxbeat.com” watermark in tact and visible for all online use.
  • We would appreciate if you keep editing to a minimum, ideally none. Getting photos for free is good for you, but when low resolution photos are tortured the end product is usually worse than the original. Not every photo is perfect technically, but we strive to capture subjects in action and an event’s true emotion.
  • If you would like to use any photos in print or publication a higher resolution version will probably be more suitable. Also, removal of the watermark and a different form of credit will probably be more suitable to these applications.
  • If you are using the photos for professional or commercial reasons, we’d like to know where and in what capacity. Our “scratch our back and we’ll scratch your back” attitude extends far, but eventually compensation might be more appropriate. Where is that line? If you feel like you’re getting something for free that you shouldn’t then you’ve probably crossed that line.
